Director of Sales and Onboarding
Blythe Hooker is the Director of Sales and Onboarding with Firm Numbers. Our clients want to be better bosses, but delegating bookkeeping and financial reporting duties can be a confusing and time-consuming process. Blythe helps new prospects articulate the bookkeeping needs best suited to their firm and personally guides new clients through the onboarding experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Blythe spent over 10 years helping business owners connect with financial professionals best suited to help manage their business and personal finances. She previously worked as a Marketing Manager of a public accounting firm in Charlotte, NC and as a Financial Advisor Associate in the wealth management division of a multinational investment bank. Outside of the financial world, Blythe honed her project management skills as the former Co-chair of the fundraising committee for the Jamie Kimble Foundation for Courage, a nonprofit dedicated to helping educate young people nationwide about the warning signs of domestic violence.
Blythe proudly admits she is not a CPA, nor does she have any other fancy initials after her name. She does, however, speak fluent nerd and can help translate complex financial information for busy entrepreneurs. She also speaks a little Spanish, but primarily for the purposes of ordering the perfect paella and discreetly swearing on a tennis court.
